Welcome to the Snellings and Colemans’ Culinary Journey

2022 marked a significant year for Gary and Jackie Snelling, along with Phillip and Carol Coleman. This dynamic duo of families came together to serve the heart of our community through food. It all began with a cozy cafe where delicious meals were crafted with care, focusing on giving everyone something to smile about. Big plates of fluffy pancakes, mouthwatering omelets, and sandwiches that are so hearty you'll definitely want a to-go box — all made our cafe a local favorite.

From Breakfast to Supper: Expanding Our Offerings

Seeing the need for a delightful supper experience, we didn’t stop at breakfast. Thus, in 2024, we proudly launched the Roadhouse! This new venture specializes in an array of classic favorite dishes that will make your taste buds dance. Imagine sinking your teeth into lightly fried catfish or juicy ribeye steaks that leave an unforgettable impression. And let’s not forget about our best-selling sandwich that has gained quite the reputation — the Bourbon Trail! It's no surprise that our offerings at both the Cafe and the Roadhouse keep guests coming back for more.

But that’s not all, folks! We love to say that we serve not only food but also experiences. At the cafe, let your sweet tooth rejoice in our charming sweet shop filled with delectable goodies. Then, as you transition to the Roadhouse, step into the Sugar Shack where delightful treats await! And, if you’re looking for a fun night out, you won’t want to miss our live music events, which began in the early summer of 2025, thanks to the enthusiastic Gary D. Come enjoy the outdoor dining experience while local musicians serenade you. It’s the perfect ambiance — delicious food, sweet treats, and lovely tunes fill the air.
